LOL I thought that title was fitting!
Some tips my Dr. gave me the other day to blast through my latest plateau!
Eat some Almonds - filling great snack
Drink Ice water- your body has to work (hence burn calories)
PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN - most women don't get enough
Add Weight training- muscle burns calories!
Come on let's do this!!!!
